Delete Your Account

Once you delete your account, is is immediately deactivated. You will be signed out and other users will no longer see your profile.

You have 30 days to reactivate by simply signing in again. Reactivating during this period restores your access.

After 30 days, your account is permanently deleted. You will no longer have access to your account, your chat history, game history, purchases, or any other app features tied to the account. This information cannot be recovered after deletion is completed.

Data we delete

When permanent deletion occurs (after the 30-day reactivation window), we delete:

1. Account profile information
2. Authentication identifiers associated with your account
3. In-app content and activity

To delete your account, login to the JoyXo app, go to More and click on "Delete Account" button.
